By creating an account or using ThinkZene ("Platform," "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time with notice.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU/UK) to use ThinkZene. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You may not share your account or create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
• You may not impersonate other users, ThinkZene staff, or public figures

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use automated tools (bots, scripts, macros) during quizzes or battles
• Attempt to manipulate quiz scores, rewards, leaderboards, or coin balances
• Upload, post, or share content that is abusive, hateful, defamatory, or violates third-party rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or security
• Harvest user data, scrape content, or use the Platform to send unsolicited messages
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Platform
• Sell, rent, or transfer your account or rewards to another party

User-Generated Content: When you submit content (quiz answers, forum posts, profile info), you grant ThinkZene a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content for operating the Platform.

Content Standards: All content must be educational, accurate, lawful, and respectful. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our Community Guidelines without notice.

Intellectual Property: All Platform content, features, and functionality are owned by ThinkZene and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute Platform content without written permission.

ThinkZene's reward coins ("Coins") are virtual currency earned through legitimate platform activities:

• Coins have no cash value except as redeemable through our official withdrawal system
• Some quizzes and battles require a Coin entry fee to participate; entry fees are deducted when you start and are not refunded if you do not finish
• Referral bonuses are credited only for genuine, organic signups; we reserve the right to withhold or reverse referral Coins obtained through self-referral, fake accounts, or other abuse of the program
• Withdrawal eligibility and minimum thresholds are set by ThinkZene and may change
• We reserve the right to withhold or forfeit Coins earned through fraud, cheating, or policy violations
• Coin balances may be adjusted or reset at ThinkZene's discretion for abuse
• We are not liable for Coin losses due to account termination for policy violations
• Taxes on withdrawn earnings are the sole responsibility of the user

ThinkZene displays advertisements to fund free educational services. By using the Platform:

• You consent to the display of advertisements appropriate to your usage
• You agree not to use ad-blocking software in a manner that violates our revenue model
• Rewarded ads are optional and clearly labeled
• You must not artificially inflate ad impressions or clicks

ThinkZene offers Premium subscription plans with enhanced features:

• Subscriptions are billed at the frequency displayed at checkout
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are issued at our discretion within 7 days of purchase for technical issues
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account with or without notice for:

• Violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines
• Fraud, cheating, or manipulation of Platform systems
• Conduct harmful to other users or the Platform
• Legal obligations requiring us to do so

You may close your account at any time via Settings or by contacting support.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThinkZene shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of Coins, data, or earnings.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ThinkZene does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable jurisdiction. Class action lawsuits are waived to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. By using ThinkZene, you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts specified in our legal notices for any non-arbitration claims.
