ThinkZene is India's gamified learning platform where you master quizzes, compete in live battles, crack competitive exams, and earn real rewards while you grow. You learn through competitive quizzes, earn coins, and battle other learners in real time.

Yes, ThinkZene is completely free to play. Core features — quizzes, live battles, rewards, leaderboard, and daily streaks — are all available at no cost. We offer a Pro subscription for users who want extras like premium avatars, 2× XP multipliers, and an ad-free experience, but these are entirely optional.

Click 'Get Started' on the homepage and fill in your name, username, email, and password. You will receive a verification email to activate your account. Once verified, you can log in and start earning immediately.

ThinkZene works on any modern web browser on desktop, tablet, or mobile. We also have a dedicated mobile app available for Android and iOS — search for 'ThinkZene' in the Play Store or App Store, or visit our Download page for direct links.

You earn coins through multiple activities: completing quizzes (more coins for higher difficulty), winning or placing well in live battles, maintaining your daily streak, opening mystery boxes, watching optional ads, completing special challenges, and referring friends to the platform.

Yes! You can exchange your earned coins for real gift cards (Amazon, Flipkart, Google Play, and more), digital merchandise, or premium platform features in the Rewards Centre. Redemptions are processed within 24–48 hours after approval.

Reward costs vary by item. Gift cards and cash equivalents typically start from 500 coins. You can browse all available rewards and their coin costs in the Rewards section of your dashboard.

Coins do not expire as long as your account remains active. Accounts that have had no activity for 12 consecutive months may have their coin balance subject to expiry — you will receive email notice well in advance before any expiry occurs.

Live Battles place you in a room with up to 100 other players. Everyone sees the same question at the same time and has a set number of seconds to answer. The faster and more accurately you answer, the more points you earn. The top players at the end of the battle win from the prize pool. Battles happen in real time — once a battle starts, you cannot pause or rejoin.

Custom quiz creation is currently available to Enterprise users and verified educators. We are working on opening community quiz contributions for all users — this feature is on our roadmap and will be announced via email and in-app notifications.

ThinkZene currently covers categories including General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Science & Technology, History & Culture, World Geography, Mathematics, Reasoning, and Entertainment, with new categories added over time based on user demand.

Each quiz and individual question is tagged with a difficulty level — Easy, Medium, or Hard. The adaptive algorithm also adjusts which questions you see based on your past performance, gradually increasing challenge as your proficiency grows.

Your streak increases by 1 each day you log in and claim your reward. Missing a day resets your streak to Day 1 — there is no way to pause or protect a streak, so claim every day to keep it. Rewards escalate the longer the streak runs, with the largest payout at the end of the cycle; the Daily Rewards page shows the exact coin value for every day.

XP (Experience Points) measures your overall progress on the platform. Every correct answer, completed quiz, battle participation, and daily login earns XP. Accumulating XP levels up your profile, unlocking new badge tiers, exclusive avatars, and higher positions on the global leaderboard.

Achievements are earned by reaching specific milestones — for example, completing your first battle, maintaining a 7-day streak, answering 100 questions correctly, or reaching the top 10 on the weekly leaderboard. You can view all available achievements and your progress toward each one in the Achievements section of your dashboard.

ThinkZene Pro gives you: 2× XP multiplier on all activities, ad-free experience, access to exclusive premium quiz packs, premium avatar frames and profile badges, priority matchmaking in live battles, and early access to new features. Pro members also get a monthly coin bonus.

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Subscription section of your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep all Pro benefits until then. No questions asked, no cancellation fees.

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and net banking from major Indian banks. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway and are encrypted end-to-end.

Once you have enough coins to redeem, submit a withdrawal request from the Wallet section and choose UPI, bank transfer, or crypto. Requests are reviewed and processed within 2–3 business days; you'll get a notification once it's approved and sent.

You can request account deletion by emailing privacy@thinkzene.com from your registered email address. We will process the request within 7 business days. Please note that coin balances and achievements will be permanently removed upon deletion and cannot be recovered.

Share your unique referral link (found in the Referrals section of your dashboard) with friends. When a friend registers using your link and completes their first quiz, both you and your friend receive a coin bonus. There is no limit to how many friends you can refer — your earning potential from referrals is unlimited.
