About the role
We are looking for a Product Designer to own end-to-end design for ThinkZene's learning platform. You will work across discovery, wireframing, prototyping, and shipping high-quality UI in close collaboration with engineering. Experience with Figma and a portfolio demonstrating mobile and web product design is required.
What you'll do
- •Lead end-to-end product design from discovery to final pixel-perfect specs
- •Conduct user research and synthesise insights into actionable design decisions
- •Build and maintain a cohesive design system across web and mobile
- •Partner closely with engineers to ensure design intent is realised in production
- •Run design critiques and champion a high-quality design culture
What we're looking for
- •4+ years of product design experience at a fast-paced startup or tech company
- •Expert-level Figma skills and a strong portfolio of shipped web and mobile products
- •Solid grasp of user research, usability testing, and design thinking
- •Experience designing for growth, onboarding, or gamified systems is a bonus
- •Clear communication and comfort presenting work to cross-functional stakeholders
